Hot Cross Buns

Spent the morning making some hot cross buns to a Jamie Oliver recipe - lots of fiddle but well worth it - i wanted to do them properly and not use the bread maker.
Just finished reading the Yorkshire Shepherdess - incredible life and one idealistically sounds wonderful but extremely hard work with seven children.
