Mexican Bird Of Paradise

The are beautiful plants in full regalia right now. Bright orange, red and yellow flowers on these large, flailing bushes are brightening neighborhoods.


I've been told to keep moving my shoulder, but when I do that just aggravates it. It is feeling better than it was last week, however, not the cure the doctor thought it may be. I'm still icing it at least four times a day. I've decided I'm not going to let him put off surgery with another injection after this one. I have too much to do this summer to have it interrupted later.
