The Pull Of The Sun

Ten days ago, this Flowering Torch cactus was bent over to the ground bearing seventeen flowers that freakishly bloomed all in the same day.

One day later you could clearly see how the cactus laid flat on the ground. Compare that image with today's blip.

The sun has begun to pull the cactus straight up towards the sky. Eventually, after it gets tall once again, it will lean slightly towards the sun.

There is no more striking evidence of the power of the sun than watching this cactus bounce back to form after the enormous weight of that incredibly massive bloom. Just amazing.
