The Longest Ride

Every year for Christmas my dad gets my mom the latest Nicholas Sparks’ book.  After she reads them she passes them onto me so that I can read them.  We have read just about every book he has written and seen the movies that some of them were made into.  We always read the books before we see the movies because we like to see how similar they are.  Most times the books are better. The books have more detail that the movies don’t include.  The Longest Ride is his latest book.  We got it last Christmas but I am just starting it now.  I really wanted to read it before, but we had books to read for my English class and I didn’t want to get them confused.  Easter break is coming up so I thought I might have some time to read it.  The movie that goes with this book comes out April 10th (which is also my birthday).  I really want to see it when it comes out, but I also really want to read the book before I see the movie.  So I have about nine more days to read this book and I hope I can do it.  I can always go after the day it comes out if I don’t finish reading, but I’m up for the challenge.
