Easter Weekend

On Easter my family got together after church to eat lunch together.  There were 18 of us who ate at my aunt’s house.  We had ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, filling, green beans, lima beans, and salad.  For dessert we had a variety of different options to choose from such as peanut butter pie, a coconut cake, strawberry cake, and some cookies.  After we were done eating, my cousin, Jack, and I went to my backyard, which was right next door, to play basketball.  We play a few games of Two Bounce and Pig.  He then got the bright idea to try to make a shot from the balcony.  He tried it a few times, but he couldn’t make it.  He asked me to record him shooting so that he could see what he was doing wrong.  The first shot I recorded went in.  It was awesome! He was so excited that it went in and we ran back to the house to show the rest of our family what he did.  They were all really impressed.  He tried the shot again later, and he ended up making four of them.  After a while I got tired of it though because I had to get the ball when he missed.  We had fun and this Easter was a good one!
