Knoll Top

It really felt like Spring today, on a walk starting near to and finishing in the Fox and Goose in Hebden Bridge.  The pub is a community-owned "proper pub," run as a cooperative for just over a year and one of the friendliest places I have been to for quite some time. The beer was excellent too.

The walk went up and down some very steep valley sides, many with stone steps, along cobbled lanes and beside fast flowing rivers. I was also in the home territory of another Blipper, where I found the Club, named in his honour.
