Enchanting

Spent a wonderful family filled Easter Sunday. First with my own little family just pottering about at home, homemade soup and lazy afternoon naps with the sun streaming through the bedroom window and the cherry blossom on the trees outside.

Chorlton is being annoyingly enchanting. Sunny, happy and full of smiley faces. Beech Road thronging with Bank Holiday crowds. Making me have second thoughts about leaving. Again! The longer this hanging around period goes on, the more unsure of this move I become. It is horrible. I feel really unsettled.

Went up to Mum and Dad's for a yummy Sunday Roast and some time with my sister Laura and her baby. The wine flowed as did the laughter.

My sister is doing so brilliantly as a new Mum. I can't help but want to scoop her in my arms and cuddle her though. She is still my little sister and I know how exhausted she must be right now.

Picture is my Dad giving Laura a break and letting baby Ana snooze on his shoulder. Mum and Dad are besotted, naturally! As we all are.
