Bowling green flat

Lazy morning with a bit of gardening thrown in, off to mums at lunchtime to drop off and pick up eggs. She is looking forward to her holiday!

Zipped up to Sharpness to have a quick look around the docks then onto Slimbridge boat station for a coffee. It was closed like most things today. Nice to see the canal so busy though.

Unpacked the Caterham properly, just need to connect up the battery and we should have lift off. While the garage was empty we brought Stan down from his winter hideout. He seemed happy to have a bath after five months in hibernation. Always a nervous moment unpacking the box in case he's headed off to tortoise heaven.

Quick game of tennis with Amelia then settled down to a movie and copious amounts of chocolate.
