Not the fact that he has to return home today that's for sure. Easter break seems to have flown by and half the family return home today, the other half (me included) On Tuesday.

Lamb ragu was nice last night but not right for a dinner party. That's 3 Italian inspired lamb dishes I've cooked in the last 3 weeks and I'm not convinced by any of them. Amy suggestions? Doesn't have to be lamb, should be meat based and ideally something that doesn't require lots of lat minute cooking as we are taking it to someone else s house. I have the perfect pasta dish but it's Greek not Italian. Not that anyone else would know but I'd prefer not to cheat.
