Continuing on from yesterday's blip, the current owner of Ypioca, the leading cachaça brand in Brazil shared a few bottles of this fine product with the team I am supporting in this project. A very nice gesture.

The news of the acquisition of this iconic brand made front and business page news in the state, national and international press and TV with overwhelming support for the move which has the prospect of creating many more local jobs as more and more people come to appreciate ypioca internationally.
