There it is again..

Had to go for a quick repeat (fasting) blood test at the docs this am & then on to Morrison's for some Sprite. I used to be a Pepsi addict but the doc has told me to give up caffeine - so Sprite it is.

Having got my Sprite I then went to the bank and I was home by 10 for coffee & a Hot X bun.
