Secret Blipper?

I spotted this chap paying careful attention to an Opel Astra and wondered if he belonged to some sort of Vauxhall owners club. He seemed to look at for quite a long time, checking his watch occasionally. He then wrote a note for the owner which he left on the windscreen. He even took a picture which he will no doubt proudly show at the next owners club meeting. What a kind chap.

This was the second most exciting thing that has happened today. The first being a trip to the always excellent Shelford Deli for a Jarvis, this is possibly the best sandwich available anywhere.....
