Heading Home!

After a beautiful day, Myself and my good lady decided to enjoy a late evening walk down to the Rail Bridge in the Ferry......the sun was slowly setting and it was great to hear the birds all twittering away as the were getting ready to bed down for the night.

I have taken this shot before but I loved the contrast of the nests in the trees with the blue sky for the background...and to cap it all a crow/raven big black bird of some description!! managed to get in the shot as well!

After a coffee was enjoyed we headed back home ourselves.

A great evening was had by all - and to cap it all, Clare spotted her first swallow of the year!!
