Ouch

Took the kids mountain biking today. They really love it and I really don't. We're slowly working our way through all the '7 stanes' areas, mostly doing the blue routes. Matthew would probably like to do harder routes but neither Adam nor me would cope! Today's was quite a long ride at Dalbeattie, and unfortunately most of it was on forest tracks, not single track. Some fun sections though.

In the evening we went star gazing in the forest - no moon, no clouds to spoil it this time. As it got truly dark the stars were an amazing sight. Definitely worth a late night.
