Main activity: Swim, packing, Dr., dinner 
Notes: Started the day with laps in the pool. Busy day working and packing around the condo. Left early afternoon for errands and to see the orthopedic doctor near downtown. Got my first of three series of the Ortho-Visc shots in both knees. Jumped a bit on the first one and knee has been quite sore since but counting on these to get me through the race season!
