Notes: Extremely busy day that FLEW by, but stayed mostly calm and didn't let things get to me. Still sore from the deep, nearly bruising muscle work but seem to have retained some of that calm ... and hoping to keep it with me as long as possible. Nothing super interesting during the work day.
