SUNSHINE AND SALAD

The miniature spinach or chard (never sure which is which) is flourishing. I am enjoying gardening on a small scale with almost instant results. 
Maybe a spinach pie or creamed spinach tonight?
We are enjoying the warm weather even if it is windy.
