Guisachan House

Very close to where we are staying is the remains of this big house.

Basically it used to be owned by Lord Tweedsmuir who owned all the lands around here. Also famous for breeding the first Golden retrievers.

I had a little time to myself so cycled out the house for a few shots. Access is very easy as it is beside a walking route, I didn't want to go inside as I was on my own and it obviously wasn't safe. It reminded me of Poltalloch House that I blipped a few weeks ago.

Lovely day cycling in the woods and now I think we are all going for an early night. I can hear owls hooting right outside my window now.
