Nothing special

Nothing special suggests mundane... And that was my general feeling about today. Which is not good as yesterday I was the King of wishful thinking.

I did do a run though and ran along the river .. Hence the photo ... There must be so many photos of that stretch of the Itchen.

The fact that I got out and I ran, that's a positive - the first run outside in a long while.

So maybe today wasn't mundane after all ... And Emily called and is finally sorted with college - going to Radford, Virginia next year. That's just great news. Really happy about that.

... And Zoe got back after two days away at her parents.

So forget mundane, it was actually a special day!
