On the right track

I went for a run again today - this time out in the woods. What a pleasure to be back amongst nature. After being a slave to the treadmill all winter, the experience was just so good... and I got some nice pics of the route that I have been running for many years.

That's a change as well, instead of being concerned about the clock and my average speed, I was happy to just run and take in the surroundings and stop for a photo when the opportunity arose.

I wasn't sure what picture to post so I asked Zoe and Emily and both chose this one. So here it is.
