Beauty is all around us.

Cats, Spring flowers and a Queen Bee drops in.

After a pleasantly long walk to find blip material and enjoy the warmth of the sun, I opened the kitchen door for Tiffany to take a stroll.
Then as I was ironing a massive Queen Bee came in and headed for the plants on the bathroom window sill.
Yikes!
Panic nearly set in. I am fine with insects in the garden, but spiders, slugs and bees inside and I am not happy.
I phoned a friend but she was out, so I went to Patricia, who has an allotment and is not afraid of anything!
She steered the bee into a plastic pot, lidded it and encouraged it to go back into the garden.
Peace was restored.
Tiffany had been a bit too interested and had jumped up onto the sill to study the bee at close range. Patricia's cat was once stung and its mouth had swollen. There are many busy bees about at the moment and I shall be keeping doors closed.
I am reading Chestnut Street by Maeve Binchy, but many things have prevented me from settling down today.
Enjoy the sunshine blipper friends.
