A New Day

Some bad news from His Lordship's side of the family yesterday, made for a restless night, and so it was a relief to get up and out for a power walk before 7 this morning. The sun was just coming up over the crags of Arthur's Seat and casting a warming glow over the Meadows.

Later we both had a sunny walk by the canal before the cloud rolled in, although it's still bright enough for people to sit and picnic outside on the grass.
