better day no mist just sun shine have not had my coat on at all today had my feet and legs massage and a parafin wrap on my feet now my feet feel lovely 

walk down to get molly with Keith and back along the sea front there were loads of people about i think the sun must bring them out as me and Keith say fair weather walkers

Next week we go up to lincolnshire as one of my cousins is getting married next saturday but me and molly are going to stay the following week for a hoilday i have got some material hoping my mum who is good on the sewing machine will help me make a beanbag for molly as she has taking a like to mums when she goes there
