Joey

Splendid spot of lunch in the garden at my friend's house. You would think it midsummer it was so warm.
As well as the delicious food and fine company, I was excited to see Joey, her husband's tortoise. Aged about 75 years ( tortoise, not husband ) Joey had woken up early from his hibernation. Now, is that a sign of a hot summer ahead?
