Prosecco time!!

How do you recover from jetlag? My brother's method of recovery is to spend the morning food shopping, then spend the rest of the day in the kitchen cooking!!

Today's menu:

Romaine Salad with a Parmesan Lemon Dressing and Parmesan Tuilles, accompanied by Sourdough Bread with Arbequin Olive Oil

Scandinavian Spiced Meatballs with Sauce Bourguignon, accompanied by Jersey Royals and Garnies Bourguignonaise.

Or a nut version of the above if you're a veggiehead!

Before dinner, aperitifs were enjoyed in the garden, in order to make the most of this wonderful warm sunshine. The perfect excuse to pop open a bottle of Prosecco!!
