Remains of the Day!!

Not to be confused with the novel of the same title by Kazuo Ishiguro!

Another busy day of preparations, culminating in an afternoon tea party for my Mum’s 80th birthday. In fact it was such a busy day that I completely forgot to take a blip until it came to time to clear up! So I’m afraid you’ll just have to imagine what the whole cake looked like!!

(It wasn’t a FODMAP friendly cake, but boy did it taste good!!!)
