...and colours of death-warmed-up

Woke up from my overnight flight with severe stomach pains, and by the time I got home it had got a lot worse. This was the least graphic way I could think of  to represent how today has been.

After a week of eating exotic food in "safe" locations with no ill effects whatsoever, prime suspect seems to be the cucumber and cream cheese sandwich I ate in the grotty shared lounge at Delhi airport!

Hope to be fit enough to catch up with everyone tomorrow. heading back to bed now.
