Animal Representations- Breaking the rules

Went to Volgrie Country Park and then to the village of Cousland with Onesmallplanet in the hope of finding some good animal representations for our mutual theme of the week.  Our choices for animal representations were few and far between, but we got some great shots of the ponies in Cousland.  Afterwards Onesmallplanet asked if I would be upset if she broke the 'rules' of our theme and posted a pic of the ponies.  I didn't think we had set any specific rules and if we had then rules are made to be broken.  So here is one of the lovely Cousland ponies.

This pony was on the other side of the field, but as soon as it saw us get out of the car the pony ran at full speed towards us.  The wind was very strong up on the hilltop village of Cousland as illustrated by the windswept main in my capture.
