The view from the Stipso office at Codebase is quite spectacular at times.

The mussels from yesterdays fishbox were turned into moules mariniere after much scrubbing and scraping. We also had some duck soup with noodles.

Shoulder and elbow pain is increasing to the point I am taking ibuprofen, which is not good. Will have to make a doctors appointment.
