Arch....

A lazy morning followed by a pre lunch walk up at Drumlanrig, on the lookout for eggs the Easter bunny might have left behind - and would you believe it - the SBG werent disappointed! 

On part of our walk, we discovered an Andy Goldsworthy arch in one of the fast flowing streams on the woods (due to the ridiculous amount of rainfall over the previous 24 hours no doubt).  I've taken this walk before and hadn't seen the sculpture.  Very beautiful.

Andy Goldsworthy lived (and possibly still does) in the next village along, so it's pretty normal to stumble across one of his pieces somewhere while out for a walk.  


Once back at the house we had a massive lunch, packed up our tat and headed back to Edinburgh.  About 15 miles down the road, I was the only one still awake......all the way up until we hit Edinburgh.  Well timed everyone!
