The Garden is Gone to Seed

I am terrible at getting around to harvesting things. Maybe when the kids have all left home I will improve. I've only got about another ten years to wait.
It could also be because I love flowers, even if they are on a load of formerly leafy, ruby chard. Plants are just so powerful when they are about to flower, I don't have the heart to chop them down.
