Another hummer

Yesterday I blipped a hummingbird late in the day when the light wasn't at its best. I thought I would try again today when the sun was shining on the feeder. This is the result. These little birds are fun to watch, and their colors are quite amazing. The only disappointing thing about hummingbirds is that, of the many varieties, only one, the ruby throated hummingbird, can be found in our area.

I went to the doctor today to get my blood pressure, ears, and throat checked. The good news is that my BP is good and I don't have strep. Yay! I do have an infection that was causing the sore throat and swollen glands. So I got an antibiotic and hopefully that will take care of the problem quickly.
