Trying to get back to some sort of routine hasn't really taken off. So in a bid to take the first step I went grocery shopping.

And came home with these.
I made them into a Jamaican curry.
I haven't tried it because there was a movie date much earlier than I was aware & it didn't really cook in time for eating.

It's now in the freezer for a leftovers night that's bound to happen really soon.
