mud pies are cool however old you are. The play kitchen is so tiny compared to them now that it's been placed on a bench so they don't get backache. We made it 12 years ago and it's still one of the best toys we had. Apart from playing cooking with dirt, today there is also much evidence of fun with chalks. I love it that my kids don't bother with the social convention of growing up and leaving childish things behind them. They've had so much fun on this lovely, sunny day, it would be a shame to stop just because someone or other thinks that they are too old for it.
