All Saints, Wing

There is so much to see of interest at this huge Church! I have read Pevsner's write up and the opening line says "Wing is one of the most important Anglo-Saxon churches in England"  and then goes on to describe at length it's many attributes, there are so many that I won't begin to write about them!  Have a look on Google, it's worth a few minutes!

I spend a very pleasant hour or so mooching round the Church and the Graveyard whilst Matt inspected the Bells.  It has a ring of 6  with the heaviest tenor in Bucks weighing in at approx 27cwt! 

Very warm day again, penultimate day at work, I am to slip out quietly and without fuss tomorrow.
