Fabulously sunny day and much of it spent with Sylvia!

I had coffee with Mark this morning and he continues to make progress. He can just about move a couple of fingers on his seemingly paralysed arm, he's walking and his ability to speak is improving.

A colleague of his dropped in and he knew me immediately. Eventually the penny dropped and I remembered him from another life about 15 years ago. We had a good old chin wag!
