The north south divide

It was at least 25 degrees on the patio today - first time this year that I have sat out and taken some sun. It felt nice.

I thought of my mum in Ayrshire and my brother and sister who are both up north, all barely creeping in to double figures on the thermometer.

Forget the house prices, the job opportunities , the local economies, the government investment. THERE IS a North South divide - I see it almost every day on the weather forecast!
