Stepping Out

Nothing at all to do with the 90's hit musical. 

Its just that I decided to take a stroll this afternoon and probably went a step too far. I went down by the river and this Blip proves how far I got. I am supposed to exercise my new knee but it was a bit of a stretch. It took me about an hour and a half, although did include a stop for a beer chez Buffy in the village.

Not quite the equivalent of 9 holes of golf, but I'm getting there.
