Dinner

I've felt tired all day and am so glad it is now the start of the weekend here!! And because we were changing desks internally, we were allowed to leave early, so I was home at 4pm. Woo hoo!

I fully intended to use the extra hours gained doing something useful but I ended up on the sofa with a cup of tea and some Cyprus stuff to tackle plus it is SweetArt's birthday so tried to get in touch to have a conversation!

G  decided to make a mushroom risotto and I couldn't resist taking a picture of the onions being fried! The basis of many a meal I reckon. They smell so good, and depending on what was being made when my Dad was alive, you had to get the colour absolutely right!!!
