Silence

One of my birthday presents was a spa day with my sister in Carmel Valley. No phones, no talking...just sheer relaxing! :)
We both had a lovely day moving from pool to pool to fire pit to pool in the sun. Ahhhh!
We finally dragged ourselves away after 6 hrs and feeling VERY hungry downed some cereal bars to keep us going through sunset so I could get some photos down on the beach. :)
After we went into Montery to get a pizza from California Pizza. Mmmmm!
Then a shopping trip to try and pick up a couple of goodies for everyone back home in Scotland.
We didn't get home till 10:30! But my wonderful nephews had stayed up to hug me goodbye. (I will get up in the morning anyway to see them off and give them another hug!)
