Friends in the Forest

Ju and Beth had a rare day off together, so we took a picnic to Cannock Chase, to give them a break.

In the interests of honesty, M and I had to have a walk on our own to sort out an argument before we could enjoy the day. And Ju has a constant headache from a bad bash on the head she got yesterday at work. (I talked on Sunday about the way we create airbrushed images for ourselves on the internet.)

Even though it was cold and the sunshine was weak, the countryside, all in blossom, was very beautiful. And the bacon and reblochon de savoie raw milk cheese sandwiches were rather delicious.
