Picnic

We went on a picnic with 2 families today and I think it was one of my favourites. It was so relaxed, the children had so much fun together, it was in a beautiful spot full of pine trees. The men played volleyball and marbles. I loved chatting to the 100 ish year old grandpa who spent the whole time firing questions at me about London such as, "how much does parsley cost in London, is it cheaper than here? " I hadn't the first clue how much parsley costs!
The evening ended by us getting our car completely stuck in a muddy pothole. It amused me to see all the men from other picnics rushing to our aid and loving all being manly together!
