Retro Muscari

I blipped this some weeks ago when it had just been potted up. It's taken its time but here's the heavenly blue flower I've been waiting for. Not a massively productive day as the family came for lunch and afternoon tea which meant me in the kitchen making rhubarb crumble and cup cakes. CH made good progress with the wall. After we'd done our usual tour if the garden and catch up, my daughter pricked out lots of little seedlings for me. When we ran out of greenhouse space we made some bamboo support structures for the peas and tied them into place. After they left I tidied up and weeded the front path. It's so lovely just pottering around in the kitchen being mumsy when the family are here and getting on with things.
