Socks and Shoes

We met up with friends today and literally spent the whole day at the beach - though the girls escaped to a café for a more civilised lunch than a sand-infested picnic.  The boys played football and ran around on the beach all day.  They even picked up three young ladies to play with in the afternoon.

We were all weary and slept well.

Putting your socks and shoes on is such a chore after a day at the beach!
