today has consisted of the following ever so lovely things:

- an hour of running in the sunshine along the reabrook with tjc.

- buckwheat galettes with a delicious moore egg on top and a freshly squeezed orange juice.

- lounging around in the quarry in the sunshine with tjc and sakalasafari.

- delicious home made beetroot burgers.

- listening to ma and pa in the choir this evening.

(my face is now glowing).
