St Giles Hume

OK, just to clarify, the Cathedral is called "St Giles" the statue is of "David Hume", there is/was no such person as "St. Giles Hume" (to my knowledge). I didn't get much sleep last night and was not really in the mood to go out but it was such a lovely day I did eventually head into town and wandered around The Royal Mile  and the East End of Princes Street.
