Thursday: Animafest 2

Night 2 of Animafest, the film festival of animated film.  Tonight it was modern night - thinking about it, we did it the right way round.  Tonight's animated films were so advanced, amazing, colourful and imaginative that seeing anything from years gone by afterwards would have been slightly odd.

We saw 7 animated films, the best being one called 'White Strawberries' by a French animator, about a pair of rabbits fighting for survival.  It was much better than I have made it sound......

Last day of the month so.....books I have read this month: a paltry single one: 'Croatia Through Writers' Eyes'.  But off on holiday this weekend so that will be a chance to read more.
