... to  install the new front door deadbolt and latch -- but that assumed all the existing holes were in the right place. These are the tools and materials I actually needed. OK, I didn't use the small blue saw, and the telescoping magnetic pickup tool was for finding a screw that I'd dropped, but everything else was used.

The new lock has a keypad with a conventional key option, and looks  a lot nicer than the old one.
