We're blue, we're white...

Saturday saw the Scottish Cup semi-final match between Hibernian and Falkirk at Hampden Park. Hibernian had numerous chances to score, and came close (very close!) on a number of occasions, but the only goal of the game was scored by Craig Sibbald of Falkirk.

The Bairns will be back at Hampden for the final, but that's for another day. Let's just say I had a very happy afternoon and evening reliving this particular moment when the scoreboard proclaimed 'GOAL!' and Peter Houston's blue & white army went delirious. (And, no, I have no idea who the particular individual with the ill-fitting shirt in the photograph is - but he seemed to be happy enough, all the same.)

With commiserations to any fellow Blippers who may be Hibs supporters - I was there when Hibs beat the Bairns 4-3 after being 0-3 down, so I've been on the losing side too and know how bad it feels.
