Blooming wonderful

Friends of mine had visited The Walled Garden in Devilla Forest, near Kincardine, and mentioned how good it was, so I decided to take a drive over there on Sunday afternoon for a wander around and relaxing cup of coffee after what has been a hectic (but most enjoyable!) week.

It is an excellent coffee shop / restaurant situated in, well, a walled garden that is bursting with life and colour. The walled garden itself is surrounded by beautiful tended grounds with wonderful views over the Ochil Hills to the north.

A most pleasant way to start a new week.
